bena asked:

I make a little money on the side working from home on the internet. I do not have an internet storefront, but work with other people selling my services. It is more of a hobby and I do not make that much money. Am I in violation of any laws for not having an established business? Educated responses please. Thank You.

As long as your paying taxes on a completely legal source of income I do not see why you would be in violation of any laws. If you are working as yourself and selling services I think you’re fine. If you ever decide to name your side business you can get a DBA (Doing Business As) done fairly cheap through a legal website.
