I was not satified with the results of speaking to a billing dept rep, so I asked to speak to a manager and was told that one would call me back sometime between 24 to 48 hrs at their CONVENIENCE. I am a 13 year customer, with 3 cell phones, home phone, and internet. It appears that your reps check customer service at the door before reporting to work, or perhaps they are conducting business the way they are trained to.
